Are you passionate about innovative engineering and design? Look no further! At RESPEC, we are seeking a talented Electrical Drafter and Modeler to join our dynamic full-service engineering team. Here’s why you’ll love working with us :

  • Cutting-Edge Technology : Get ready to dive into the world of BIM software! You’ll work with industry-leading tools like Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Recap . These powerful platforms empower you to digitally prototype and document the connected systems and clash-free designs that bring facilities projects to life.
  • Visualize and Coordinate : We believe in thinking beyond 2D blueprints. As a BIM Technician, you’ll visualize complex systems, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines. Your ability to recognize spatial conflicts and help optimize designs will be invaluable.
  • Library Management : Help curate and maintain our BIM and CADD library files, ensuring seamless access to essential resources and support files.
  • Collaborative Environment : As a BIM Technician, you’ll be an integral part of our multidisciplinary engineering design team. We foster a collaborative atmosphere where creativity thrives, and ideas are valued.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with, or ability to learn, CAD and BIM software (Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD)
  • Motivated, energetic, and driven to take on new tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Detail oriented & organized
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and advance in technical skills and understanding
  • Preferred Experience / Skills :

  • Experience in electrical drafting and modeling
  • Related certifications, degrees, or trades experience
  • Additional Information

    Work Schedule :  This is a regular full-time position with benefits.  The employee will work 40 hours / week (Monday–Friday) from 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm.

    Compensation : Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
