Description : Electrical Foreman

Job Summary :

The Electrical Foreman at CellSite Solutions will perform and supervise a crew of Technicians in work related to telecommunications facilities and sites. This includes installing and maintaining electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems. This position represents the company and ensures deliverables meet high standards for customer satisfaction. The role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. It involves travel for up to two weeks at a time, including work in remote locations with varying driving and weather conditions.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Installs and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures within buildings.
• Installs conduits to house electrical wires and cables, ensuring compliance with electrical codes.
• Installs circuit breakers and other essential electrical hardware.
• Tests electrical systems to verify proper installation and operation.
• Inspects electrical systems to identify necessary repairs.
• Replaces conduit and wiring as required.
• Replaces circuit breakers as needed.
• Tracks materials and places orders as required.
• Assists in training and scheduling personnel.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
