SUMMARY
Incumbents inspect all phases of civil construction improvements to ensure compliance with plans, standards, specifications, codes, regulations, permits, and any special requirements. Incumbents compile reports, maintain logs and records, and perform related activities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED, technical training in construction methods and standards, and three years of experience in construction sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed in the job description. Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have at the time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona Driver License.
SELECTION PROCESS
