Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction Project Manager position include :
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction, with 5+ years preferred in electrical construction
- Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination
- Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld, including OSHA compliance and company safety policies
- Experience working with unionized workforce and collective bargaining agreements
- Strong understanding of project estimating, forecasting, and change order management
- Proficiency with project management or scheduling software
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills to build strong relationships
- Electrical engineering degree or PMP certification preferred
Salary : $120,000 – $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
