Gpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find an Electrical Project Manager to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance
- Monitor job progress and provide leadership to field personnel
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain efficiency and profitability
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of electrical project management experience with an electrical contractor
- Proven track record managing commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Stable work history
- Proficiency with project management software is a plus
