Electronic Assembly / Specialist Projects Technician
Hours : 8am-4 : 30pm, M-F (opportunity to switch to 4x10s after training)
Pay rate : $25.00

Summary
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company specializing in Micro-miniature and Nano-miniature highly reliable electronic connectors and interconnection systems. Their products are used in a variety of industries ranging from space, aerospace, military, medical and industrial.
Work with the team to improve and develop manufacturing processes for new and existing products. Focus on forward-looking projects to improve capability, quality, manufacturability, and capacity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble miniature connectors and interconnection systems according to detailed specifications and blueprints
- Perform quality inspections on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools.
- Follow safety and cleanliness protocols in a controlled environment.
- Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering to resolve any assembly issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and assembly efficiency.
