JOB MISSION :

To maintain the financial health of our organization by effectively managing a designated portfolio of overdue accounts, while fostering positive relationships and offering flexible solutions to help customers meet their financial obligations.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Contacting Debtors : Reaching out to individuals or businesses with overdue bills via phone, mail, email, or personal visits.
• Negotiating Repayment : Discussing repayment options and negotiating payment plans to settle debts.
• Monitoring Accounts : Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts and ensure timely payments.
• Deduction Resolution : Investigate and resolve customer discrepancies and disputes, ensuring timely resolution.
• Order Release : Handle review and release of sales orders, maintaining acceptable credit risk and exposure.
• Maintaining Records : Keeping accurate records of all communications and actions taken to recover debts.
• Customer Service : Assisting customers with resolving account issues, such as incorrect billing or slow payments.
• Reporting : Informing management about credit and collection activities and any issues that arise.

Flexible Work Schedule

For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
