If you’re a proven closer in the elevator industry with a passion for solving technical challenges and building lasting relationships, we want to talk to you.
About the Role
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing elevator modernization and repair projects across both public and private sectors. From aging infrastructure to high-spec modernization scopes, you’ll bring a consultative, strategic approach to helping clients make informed decisions about their equipment.
This is not a plug-and-play sales job. We need a seasoned pro who understands :
- The technical nuances of elevator equipment and modernization
- How to position value rather than price
- The art of messaging and framing problems that customers didn’t even know they had
- The discipline of a sales process built on fundamentals, not fluff
- The importance of pipeline accountability and proactive follow-up
