As a Customer Messaging Strategist, you'll help shape the communications our customers receive throughout their journey with Veterans United. You'll build, monitor, and improve automated messaging experiences designed to engage, educate, and support customers at the right moments. You'll work closely with Creative Teams, Data Analysts, and internal partners to bring communication strategies to life, understand how they're performing, and find ways to make the customer experience even better.
