Email Marketing Intern

We're seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Intern to join our Digital Marketing team for the summer. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the Manager of Commercial Marketing, Manager of Digital Marketing, Commercial Marketing Specialists, and the Paid Media Specialist to enhance our email marketing efforts and support broader awareness, nurture, and lead generation campaigns. You'll optimize our email channel through testing, analysis, campaign ideation, and nurture track development. If you're passionate about digital marketing, enjoy experimenting with copy and design, and want to learn how email integrates with paid media, web strategy, and nurture programs, we'd love to hear from you. By the end of the internship, you will have built a portfolio of campaign tests and performance insights that demonstrate your ability to analyze and improve email performance. You will also receive personalized guidance on campaign strategy, automation best practices, and explore career pathways in digital marketing through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Success Metrics for This Role

Support Growth in Email Subscribers Number of new email sign-ups driven by intern-led campaigns or optimizations on the website and other platforms. Email Engagement Performance of intern-supported campaigns measured by open rates, click-through rates, and engagement trends. Nurture Track Execution Number and quality of nurture tracks supported and their impact on engagement. Experimentation and Learning Quantity and quality of A / B tests conducted (e.g., subject lines, preview text, copy, landing pages). Insights generated from testing and how they inform future strategy.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, graduating December 2026 or later. Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and tone. Analytical mindset with a curiosity for testing and optimization. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua) is a plus. Basic understanding of digital marketing principles. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage a project through to completion.

Pay Range

The hourly range for this position (in local currency) is $20-$40 / hour.
