In this role, you will play a critical part in executing outbound marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives while creating innovative customer experiences. If you are passionate about digital marketing and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with marketing teams to understand business needs and design effective outbound campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and other channels.
- Campaign Execution : Build and execute end-to-end outbound campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and a consistent customer experience across all channels.
- Campaign Management : Create and maintain email templates, develop customer segments, and implement targeting strategies to optimize performance and personalization.
- Content & Personalization : Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other marketing team members to develop compelling, personalized content.
- Analytics & Reporting : Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Adopt New Technologies : Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and emerging channel capabilities. Advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that drive results.
- Process Improvement : Streamline the outbound campaign production process through automation and process enhancements, integrating new tools and technologies as needed.
- Team Collaboration & Support : Coordinate with the Global Production team, Associate Director, and Director to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Support Global Outbound Production Specialists in developing their skills and resolving issues.
