Overview

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department team immediately. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population, including pediatric and adult cases. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, demonstrate clinical excellence, and possess a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care. Required Skills

• Valid permanent Massachusetts (MA) RN license in hand at the time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a high-volume emergency department or acute care setting
• Proven ability to handle pediatric cases and comfortably manage a diverse patient ratio
• Strong knowledge of emergency protocols, triage procedures, and clinical best practices
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in EMR systems; experience with Meditech Expanse 6 preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications; documentation must be included at submission
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.) on weekends, with flexibility to meet scheduling demands
• Must demonstrate capability to start immediately and meet compliance deadlines
