About the Role

Gatik is seeking a Fleet Dispatcher to support our operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery coordination for our autonomous fleet. This role serves as the central communication hub - working closely with drivers, clients, and internal teams to manage live issues, track deliveries, and maintain real-time operational oversight.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, tech-savvy, and a confident communicator. You will play a critical role in maintaining safe, efficient, and seamless logistics operations during overnight hours.

What You'll Do

• Act as the central point of contact for emergency and non-emergency dispatch communication.
• Communicate with drivers and clients via Slack, phone, text, and email to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Receive, prioritize, and communicate real-time updates to support operations and ensure smooth route execution.
• Monitor vehicle and delivery status, troubleshoot delays, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain dispatch schedules, update order statuses, and ensure SOP adherence.
• Record all communications, updates, and activities accurately in internal systems.
• Support ongoing improvements to dispatch processes and documentation.
