Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Dispatcher  to join our team. In this role, you will oversee our plumbing dispatching  daily operations and personnel, doing everything possible to maximize efficiency, lower overhead, and achieve company goals. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, developing key performance indicators, and tracking and reporting on productivity.Answer all calls and dispatch all technicians to jobs, call customer take payments. Create estimates and contracts and send to customers and add materials to purchase orders

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage dispatch employees capable of providing excellent customer service
• Oversee plumbing services, making improvements to telephone skills and other procedures
• Create goals and objectives for the dispatching and document performance using key performance indicators
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that maximize productivity
• Answer calls and dispatch technicians to jobs
• Send contracts to customers and confirm jobs have signed contracts, collect payments

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED is required, college experience is preferred
• Valid previous Dispatcher job required 3 +
• Previous experience as a Dispatching manager or in a similar managerial position
• Strong grasp of customer service metrics and key performance indicators in a call center setting
• Knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and basic financial analysis concepts / Plumbing knowledge and service titan knowledge
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and call center software
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• MUST KNOW how to use Service Titan
