Building Automation - Service Dispatcher
- Updates service database by verifying and entering data.
- Contributes to customer service and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
- Provides installation and repair services by receiving and recording requests, identifying appropriate service.
- Maintains customer service by providing the answering service with information regarding continuing issues and with the names of on-call technicians.
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Understand and apply energy saving programming tools. Must be self-motivated, goal and results oriented, customer focused and efficient I fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of computer skills required, including Tridium AX certification highly preferred, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Visio, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Temperature control systems including Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Trane and Siemens Is a plus.
