Job descriptionAssessment and management of patient pain, with regular evaluations to ensure effective treatment. Performing clinical procedures as directed and documenting care accurately in patient records. Responding promptly to patient needs and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism. Educating patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies. Must have experience in an emergency room setting. Valid Florida Registered Nurse license or compact license with ability to secure Florida license within 60 days of hire. Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification required within 6 months of hire. NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire.
