The Emergency Room Nurse Lead will play a vital role in ensuring that patients make a smooth transition from the emergency room to an inpatient care setting. The Inpatient Registered Nurse will be responsible for organizing complex care and providing high quality, efficient care in a fast paced environment. The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will act as an advocate for their patients and go above and beyond to help accurately assess their individual needs. The ideal candidate should have their Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or be in the process of completing it. Potential candidates should also have at least 3 years of Emergency Services Nursing experience.
