Responsibilities

The following position is being offered for 1st shift with Bruker's OST divsion, a leading manufacturer and developer of high-performance superconductor wire products and research instrumentation.

Key Position Responsibilities :

Complete accurate documentation and record keeping on production operator logs.

• Maintain and track die room inventory using computer software or Excel spreadsheet and 6S tools to prevent run outs and defective items.
• Comply with company safety standards and procedures.
• Track die failures for process engineer to determine root cause and improve the die design and drawing process.
• Ensures safe working practices are being followed.
• Participates Bruker OST's on-boarding efforts by participating in activities that supports the training of others
• Actively engages with quality and process engineers to assist and implement operational changes in compliance with established MSI standards.
• Cross-training as required per business needs

Qualifications

At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated hourly range for this full-time position is between $16.00 / hr and $23.00 / hr and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Please note this position is eligible for Overtime compensation. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
