This is a hybrid position (3 days in office) with a 9 : 00AM - 5 : 30PM daily work shift.

The Adventure Ahead :

As the Customer Relations Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries by effectively interpreting and discussing benefits, reviewing claims, and resolving service and product concerns or questions while providing extraordinary service to travel and medical insurance customers in various countries.
