As the Sr. Human Resources Business Partner reporting to the Director of Global Human Resources – Americas, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Global Supply Chain organization. In this influential position, you’ll partner closely with leaders to drive meaningful people strategies, champion talent, and ensure our HR priorities are directly fueling business performance. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor across dynamic, cross-functional teams—providing guidance, insight, and strategic support that elevates operational effectiveness and strengthens our organizational culture.
How You’ll Make An Impact:
As the HR strategist for the group, you will:
- Serve as an active member of the business unit leadership team(s).
- Lead the effective implementation of HR plans and initiatives across assigned client groups to ensure achievement of objectives.
- Partner with business leaders in developing plans that optimize organizational design, business planning and employee development & engagement.
- Play a key role in selecting and developing next generation leaders.
- Guide, counsel and administer the performance management process from goal setting to reviews.
- Provide guidance on compensation decisions.
- Investigate complaints including disciplinary actions, employee complaints, and employee relations.
- Support various D&I initiatives, Leaves, Immigration and Talent Calibration.
What You Bring:
- Education: BA/BS degree in HR, Business or related field, advanced degree or HR Certification a plus.
- Work Experience: 8-10 years’ experience managing HR assignments involving selection, development, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
- Previous experience supporting a Manufacturing business. Union environment experience is a plus.
- Experience providing primary HR support to multiple departments/disciplines and providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees.
- Solid understanding of current legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Ability to travel 10%.
Location: This position must be based in Hercules, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $137,600 to $189,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
