About the Job
We are seeking a creative communications leader to help us keep employees inspired, engaged and connected to the company culture.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee engagement and communications. They'll be a self-starter who enjoys thinking creatively, exploring new technologies and re-envisioning the employee experience as the workplace continues to rapidly evolve.

As the Manager, Employee Communications & Engagement, you will be responsible for coming up with imaginative ways to champion what makes LS&Co. special, including translating in-person experiences for remote audiences; finding ways to keep our employee value proposition alive in partnership with HR; helping to cultivate a performance culture; and looking for opportunities to amplify our workplace narrative internally and spotlight it as a differentiator.
You will also ensure employees have a strong understanding of the business and how their work connects to our larger strategies so they feel engaged to the company and invested in our continued success.
- Develop communication strategies that win the hearts and minds of our employees and foster increased employee pride and connection.
- Bring the Levi's® brand to life for employees through intranet stories, giveaways and other engagement touchpoints.
- Partner with the executive communications lead that supports the Levi's® brand teams (design, merch, marketing) to help with leader communications for those teams (messages, town halls, etc.).
- Create engaging strategies and campaigns that help bring to life what it means to have a performance culture and to live our values, including how these are reflected in our recognition and awards.
- Help shepherd our culture by amplifying our employee value proposition and activating around key engagement moments (e.g., holiday) as well as smaller surprise and delight moments.
- Drive creative ways to bring our culture to life in a remote environment, whether through virtual events or technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify brand and other key initiatives across the business and bring them to life for employees.
- Develop communications (intranet articles, emails, etc.) that highlight why LS&Co. is a great place to work, including employee profiles, career spotlights, etc.
- Stay current on leading trends to deliver an engaging experience for employees no matter where they're located.
- Develop clear and engaging communications for a variety of platforms that support global storytelling efforts and reflect the voice and values of our company.
- Explore and implement new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and audience engagement.
- Use employee feedback to enhance and develop strategies that will engage, retain, celebrate and support our employees.
About You
The expected starting salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
