A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to manage employee relations matters and support a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact for conflict resolution within assigned client groups
Ensure timely handling of grievances, discipline, and policy interpretation requests
Conduct investigations and maintain accurate documentation related to employee relations matters
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations
Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations at both federal and state levels
Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably with a non-exempt workforce
Experience using Workday
