Essential Responsibilities :

• Independently draft and revise complex legal documents, including motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and present findings in a clear, organized format.
• Manage larger or more complex case files, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
• Liaise directly with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather information and coordinate case activities.
• Assist in developing case strategy and preparing attorneys for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior paralegals and administrative staff.
