Job description
A company is looking for an Employment Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in their pursuit of competitive employment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of individuals, providing personalized employment support and advocacy
Facilitate employment exploration, development, and ongoing support in community settings
Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and communication with support teams
Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Successful completion of a Department of Human Services background study
Social Work degree holders must be currently licensed as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work
Education and experience requirements : bachelor's degree in human services with one year of experience, or an associate degree with two years of experience, or a diploma with three years of experience, or 50 hours of training with four years of experience
