Pay :

$19.67 - $25.57 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary : Provides technical support for diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.

Responsibilities :

Assists physicians and nurses with performing procedures and providing patient care.

Processes tissue and bodily fluids specimens.

Prepares and maintains endoscopy equipment and supplies. Performs endoscope sterilization and processing.

Maintains the GI procedure area in a clean, safe condition. Ensures necessary equipment and supplies are available for procedures.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements :

Minimum Required Education : High School diploma or GED.

Required Licensure / Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.

Minimum Experience : None Required.
