Job Title : Energy Auditor
Job Description
We are seeking a mechanical engineer with over 3 years of experience focused on auditing systems within existing buildings and analyzing trends. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of commercial building energy performance, including energy auditing and data analysis of HVAC, lighting, and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct energy audits on existing buildings to evaluate energy performance.
- Analyze data trends related to HVAC, lighting, and control systems.
- Perform energy bin calculations and understand local utility rate structures and incentive programs.
- Utilize energy auditing software and building management system software for data analysis and reporting.
- Apply knowledge of Clean Building Performance Standard (CBPS) and ASHRAE Levels 1-3 in auditing processes.
- Evaluate and optimize energy models for commercial buildings.
- Measure and verify energy savings and performance improvements.

Work Environment
Initially, work 5 days a week in the office for the first month or two to become familiar with the team. After this period, there is flexibility with most of the team working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. The pay range for this position is $43.30 - $62.50
