ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Creativity, innovation of assigned tasks
• Reliability, be available to complete tasks as required by internal / external customer requirements
• May be required to communicate internally in the department or with individuals directly associated with assigned tasks (verbal and written)
• Take verbal and / or written directions on tasks, training, or department / company policies
• Provide verbal and / or written results, a summary of tasks, or requests to various persons during the execution of tasks
• Produce the end product of requested tasks in the form of components, assemblies, drawings, data files, or reports as requested under routine supervision
• Provide product assistance to Manufacturing or Distribution as requested
• Perform Engineering tests, product reliability tests, and / or performance tests from defined written test procedures, under the supervision of an Engineer or Supervisor as requested.
• Perform product testing and teardown analysis for Product Claims under routine supervision
• Provide support to Project Leads on specific project tasks
• Fulfill assigned duties as outlined in your individual Career Development Plan
• Record daily activities
• Other duties, as assigned to support company goals

All other duties as assigned
