Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join CLEAResult as an Energy Efficiency Regulatory Consultant. Fulfilling CLEAResult’s position as the market leader in Energy Efficiency, this position seeks to support a team of subject matter experts who collaborate closely with Business Development and Program Directors to develop growth strategies, innovative Energy Efficiency (EE) programs, products and services through Utility regulatory policy research and engagement.

An ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of how utility and energy policy is created and enforced, experience in leading highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals, and demonstrate creative problem-solving methods to complex industry & policy issues. Additionally, this position will collaborate with Business Development and Program partners in evolving current EE programs and, at times, defending the EE structures and market. A solid understanding of the important metrics within a given program, portfolio or vertical market is critical to provide the needed analytical insights to support sales and growth functions while combating EE divestments.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

  • Understand, analyze, and report on current and prospective policy happenings within the states assigned

  • Deploy resources and provide expert oversight on cost-effectiveness analyses on current and prospective programs
  • Integrate CLEAResult products and services with Utility Client regulatory needs
  • Present on policy and regulatory proceedings to regional leadership
  • Attend utility commission stakeholder meetings where appropriate
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders where assigned
  • Develop solutions to EE regulatory and market problems in collaboration with Business Development and Regional Directors
  • Exciting candidates have...

  • Strong Project Management capabilities and accreditations
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and report to senior level management and C-Suite executives
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
