J ob Description : Position Summary

DTN is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary software engineering team within our Energy organization. This role is responsible for driving technical excellence delivery execution and team development for mission-critical products built legacy Delphi and AWS-native services. The Engineering Manager partners closely with Product DevOps and cross-functional teams to deliver secure scalable and reliable systems that support DTNs customers and business objectives.

What You Will Be Responsible For :

Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for systems built (C#) legacy Delphi and AWS-native services.

Lead modernization efforts including migration of legacy workloads to AWS serverless and managed cloud services.

Manage coach and develop a team of software engineers fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.

Partner with Product Management to align on priorities roadmaps and delivery objectives.

Own end-to-end delivery of features and platform capabilities including Agile ceremonies sprint execution and production readiness.

Ensure systems meet DTN standards for security reliability scalability observability and operational excellence.

Champion operational best practices including monitoring incident response root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring to the Position :

5 years of engineering leadership or technical team lead experience and 7 years of professional software development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise (C#) enterprise application development and supporting or modernizing legacy Delphi systems.

Experience building and operating cloud-native systems on AWS including services such as Lambda RDS and S3.

Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation) and modern DevOps practices.

Proven success leading teams delivering distributed event-driven mission-critical systems.

Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and cloud-native architecture.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across product engineering and operations teams.

Experience in Energy Fuels Logistics or data-driven platforms is a plus.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $71000 and $95000 . DTN is a pay-for-performance organization which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors including but not limited to : prior work experience training / education transferable skills business needs internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
