Position Overview : As an Energy Modeler II at Henderson Engineers, you will have the opportunity to contribute your energy analysis expertise to our six market sectors, including Business, Community, Grocery & Distribution, Health, Retail, and Venue. This role is fully devoted to providing detailed energy analysis for LEED certification, code compliance, utility rebate, and / or client energy efficiency goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform detailed energy analysis for LEED certification, Code compliance, utility rebate, and / or client energy efficiency goals
- Analysis of energy savings opportunities and design alternatives
- Working with teams on implementing sustainable and high-performance designs
- Providing coordination of project designs with other disciplines
- Maintaining positive client relationships
