Position : Mechanical Engineer
Location : Broussard, LA
Pay : $80,000- $140,000 (D.O.E)

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our engineering team and contribute to the innovation of mechanical systems and components. Key Responsibilities :
Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products to meet project requirements.
Conduct engineering analysis, simulations, and testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing and assembly.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in production or field applications.
Research and integrate new materials, technologies, and design methodologies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Support prototyping and validation activities.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum [5] years of experience in mechanical design, development, or engineering.
Proficiency in CAD software for design and modeling.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
Experience with FEA, CFD, or other simulation tools is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards (e.g., ASME, ISO, ASTM).
Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
