Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Acceleration the primary role of the Engagement Manager is to lead the customer experience with ODAIA's products from kickoff to renewal. You will lead data, brand strategy, project planning and ROI conversations with customers throughout the customer journey. The Engagement Manager is a critical role on a high performing team focused on leveraging industry expertise, account management and data prowess, to help customers meet their key business objectives around predictive analytics and data-driven decision making by leveraging the ODAIA platform.
What you will do :
- Clearly articulate ODAIA's value proposition, business strategy, mission, and product offerings
- Translate customer brand and data strategies into tailored ODAIA solutions
- Gather high-level requirements and capture business and end-user needs
- Assess customer data sets and workflows to define requirements, provide insights, and recommend improvements
- Identify and communicate project risks according to governance standards
- Build relationships across customer organizations, understanding structure, stakeholders, and priorities
- Align customer and ODAIA activities, maintaining regular communication to foster loyalty
- Conduct research to understand customers, their brands, and challenges
- Drive organizational and process change management during platform deployment
- Manage onboarding, including sales handoff, kickoff planning, discovery, and customer education
- Deliver business analytics, reporting, and ROI metrics
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to maximize platform adoption and value
- Evaluate solution risks and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and strategy
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams
- Ensure data management and analysis comply with quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity standards
