The Role :
As a Real-World Data Engagement Manager, you will be at the forefront of executing client projects, helping them meet their objectives. You will be the main point of contact for clients, guiding the project to success and coordinating with your team members effectively. This position allows you to enhance your leadership skills while fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Your analytical mindset, quantitative abilities, and excellent communication skills will drive project success and high team performance.
Your responsibilities will include :
Leading daily project execution and serving as the primary client contact for strategic engagements, addressing client inquiries independently.
Collaborating with internal resources to unlock implementation opportunities across Norstella’s portfolio.
Embracing a client-centric approach with quick responsiveness and regular updates on market trends, facilitating fruitful discussions for follow-up projects.
Ensuring compliance with Norstella’s engagement management standards throughout project delivery and team collaboration.
Maintaining accurate project and client documentation.
Embracing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 5-6 years in life sciences strategy consulting and program management, with a focus on Real World Data Strategy or related experiences within biopharmaceuticals.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and produce compelling,
