About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Research Engagement Coordinator to serve as the crucial link between our expert network and attorney clients. This role combines relationship management, coordination, and operational excellence to drive successful expert-attorney partnerships.

Our Research Engagement Coordinator will have the opportunity to :

Orchestrate and manage the full lifecycle of expert-attorney initial engagements, handling approximately 15 connections daily
Build and nurture strong relationships with both expert witnesses and attorney clients through proactive communication and exceptional service
Lead all scheduling and coordination of initial expert-attorney consultations
Ensure comprehensive documentation of all interactions for internal stakeholders
Leverage multiple communication channels (phone, email, text) to maintain efficient and effective dialogue with all parties
Drive positive client experiences through responsive, professional service

Qualifications :

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts

Strong track record of customer service excellence

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Proven ability to meet both external and self-directed deadlines

Excellence in written and verbal communication

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Background in relationship management or account coordination

Natural relationship builder with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset

Self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments
