Shift :  Day Shift

Pay Rate : $70,000 - $79,000 DOE

Location :   Phoenix, AZ

Position Type : Full Time

Principal duties and Responsibilities :

• Design & Development : Create detailed construction drawings / plans with CAD software, perform structural analysis, and integrate sustainable / energy-efficient solutions.
• Project Management & Collaboration : Develop project schedules / budgets and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating across architects, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Analysis, Documentation & Quality : Conduct simulations and tests to optimize performance, maintain comprehensive records for regulatory compliance, and uphold quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement & Client Engagement : Stay current with industry trends, identify safety risks, drive innovative solutions, and nurture client relationships through high-quality deliverables and responsive support.

Physical Effort / Activities :

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push / pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
