Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience

5+ years of enterprise level experience supporting, deploying, and executing preventive maintenance in a mission-critical LAN (local area network) and 2+ year of experience supporting network connectivity to and within Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)

3+ years of Network Design and project deployment experience?

3+ years of demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining Cisco hardware / software, switching and routing in on-prem datacenters

3+ years of experience working with Network Load balancers

Oversee the support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management

Support the implementation and management of quality and efficiency improvements of IT service delivery, to drive value and support

Support market and project testing; support specification, configuration, and sustain activities, utilizing 3rd party services as directed

Run small-scale projects (managed work activities) for the deployment of functionalities

Responsible for operational compliance of all technology-related issues across IS / IT, including information security, privacy, business continuity, identity management, user access, and data integrity

Other (Preferred)

Experience working in Agile / Scrum framework is preferred

Experience working with Firewalls is preferred

Automation (Ansible and Terraform) experience is preferred

Experience working with or developing Network monitoring tools is preferred

Understanding of OSI network model, Ethernet, and TCP / IP to perform and analyze packet captures is preferred
