The Security Engineer oversees the implementation of Risk Management Framework and DoD / NIST directives, instructions, and guidelines to include interfacing with the MDA Information Assurance management and case managers.

The Work :

• Capability to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet network and system security requirements and perform vulnerability / risk analyses of computer systems, networks and applications.
• Leads and manages the implementation of required network security to properly safeguard all computer systems, network, and data in accordance with current policies and regulations.
• Assesses the security risks of IT systems, network, and software applications and document them in formal security and risk assessments and supporting artifacts associated with the MDA Designated Accrediting Authority and Certification Authority process.
• Drives cyber strategy and provides insight into all policy and technical decisions.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of  California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is :

$76,100 - $136,700 USD
