  • Stay informed on industry trends to ensure the organization's security practices remain innovative and effective.
  • Define and track objectives for continuous improvement in security practices and team performance.
  • Engage in incident response and participate in security assessments, ensuring robust preparedness for potential threats.

What You Will Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in security engineering, with a strong emphasis on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing security initiatives and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of current security technologies and tools related to IAM, PAM, and DLP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive effective security solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and mentoring team members.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and evolving security practices.
  • Experience in incident response and conducting security assessments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
