Job Title : Mechanical Engineer

Location : Lafayette, IN

Duration : 12 months

Typical task breakdown :

• Engine performance requirements development
• Engine performance calibration, mapping, and validation
• Reporting at Design reviews, and project status reports to Leadership.
• Support of product validation in a test cell and / or field environment
• Engine System modeling
• Engine System analysis
• Project Planning

Education & Experience Required :

BS degree in an accredited Mechanical / Electrical or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Technology curriculum and 1+ years of experience per below

Preferred Experience :

Experience in performance development of IC engines.

And / or experience in the simulation / modeling / analysis of IC engine systems and / or sub-systems. GT power modeling experience is desired.
