• Equipment Repairs : Assist with both routine and major repairs on hotel equipment, including kitchen appliances, laundry equipment, boilers, and HVAC systems.
• Pool Maintenance : Manage the hotel's pool by adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters, maintaining a safe and inviting environment for guests.
• Exterior Upkeep : Enhance the hotel's curb appeal through tasks like snow removal, lawn care, painting, and gardening.
• Furniture Refurbishment : Restore and maintain furniture and fixtures in guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Guest Interaction : Respond courteously to guest questions, complaints, and requests, promoting an exceptional guest experience.
• Safety Protocols : Operate heavy machinery and follow all safety protocols diligently.
