Job description6+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on development with .NET Core / .NET 5+ Strong command of C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and building RESTful Web APIs In-depth knowledge of OData protocols, including query options, metadata, and best practices for building flexible, queryable APIs In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks Solid experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning, integrated via Entity Framework Practical experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and experience with CI / CD pipelines and Agile / Scrum methodologies Strong understanding of software design principles, including SOLID, clean architecture, and design patterns Experience with Azure cloud platform Experience with ASP.NET MVC 5 Experience with PowerApps applications
Senior Software Engineer
Paradigm is searching for a Senior Software Engineer, to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop and implement robust .NET applications with the Azure cloud platform, using your expertise in C#, SQL, ASP.NET, and web development frameworks. Your role requires translating technical requirements into efficient, maintainable code that supports business goals. You will contribute to technical design efforts, provide hands-on development expertise, and support the team through code quality leadership and collaborative problem-solving.
Type : 1 year contract
Location : Fully remote, USA

As a Senior Software Engineer you will :
- Enhance and develop functionality within the Enterprise Applications team using advanced technologies like C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, Angular, Docker, JavaScript, Web API, Rest Services, Azure, and MSSQL
- Participate in team and project planning using Agile methodology and structured delivery processes
- Collaborate with product managers, development engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality software
- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
- Work with both US and Global engineer teams in a remote setting
