To better serve our customers in the North American region, who are manufacturers of lithium batteries, we are actively expanding our business in areas such as Texas and Tennessee. In this esteemed position, you will :

  • Develop and implement robust product quality control strategies to ensure compliance with pertinent standards and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing to proactively identify and resolve any quality discrepancies.
  • Analyze quality data meticulously and devise enhancement initiatives aimed at elevating product quality and optimizing production efficiency.
  • Offer assistance in addressing customer concerns regarding product quality, providing effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams and suppliers to oversee quality improvement projects and extend technical expertise.
  • Continuously review and update quality management procedures and documentation to uphold the integrity of our quality management system.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of new products by specifying quality requirements and offering strategic recommendations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of three years of experience in quality management or quality control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with quality management systems (such as ISO9001, IATF 16949) and associated standards.
  • Hands-on experience in product quality inspection and analysis, including proficiency with various quality management tools and instruments.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, enabling the formulation of data-driven improvement measures.
  • Bilingual candidates in Chinese and English are preferred.
  • Candidates with a background in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or related fields will be prioritized.
