Position Summary :

The role focuses on scaling the company's innovative production capabilities, optimizing manufacturing processes, and automating repetitive tasks. The individual will play a crucial role in increasing output, supporting technology scale-up, and driving efficiency in a hands-on capacity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and scale existing battery manufacturing line.
• Optimize processes to increase production capacity.
• Automate redundant and manual processes with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Oversee QMS controls, product certifications, and equipment sourcing / outsourcing.
• Contribute directly on the production floor, modifying and enhancing systems.
• Support the company’s mission to create durable, scalable, and cost-efficient energy storage solutions.
• Travel around once a month (primarily within the U.S.).
