Strong experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.). We are seeking a forward-thinking Software Development Manager to lead our engineering team into the next era of AI-powered software development. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of developers to build and optimize web and mobile applications, integrating AI-driven tools for code generation, testing, and performance optimization.
- Oversee and improve AI-first development workflows, ensuring AI is integrated throughout the software lifecycle—from planning and coding to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to create seamless, AI-enhanced user experiences.
- Drive continuous improvement by exploring and implementing new AI technologies and development methodologies.
- Mentor and grow a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, including AI demos, workshops, and code reviews, to ensure best practices are being followed.
- Evaluate and implement AI-assisted development tools, ensuring the team’s productivity and the quality of the product remains high.
