Job Description Summary
We are searching for a Warranty Co-op to work with our Quality team in Detroit, MI!
Job Description
- Pull customer warranty data to track parts by cost, labor codes and cases.
- Interface with cross-functional teams throughout AAM both Corporate and Plant (Product Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Gear Lab Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Test and tear down the warranty returned parts to determine the root cause of issue.
- All other duties as assigned
