The Watts Co-op Program is your chance to bring what you've learned in the classroom to life! You'll dive into real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience while learning how business really works from the inside. During the program, you'll get to roll up your sleeves and make an impact on day-to-day operations. Plus, you'll have tons of opportunities to network with passionate professionals across manufacturing, industrial engineering, and more-sparking new ideas through cross-department collaboration. It's all about expanding your skills, challenging yourself, and exploring where your ambitions can take you!

What You'll Do

  • Work on pressure regulator product line
  • Assist in lab setting with the evaluation of products
  • Perform root cause analysis
  • Engage in sandbox engineering and learn more about these concepts

EDUCATION :

  • Currently pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree at an accredited college.
  • Leadership role in collegiate extracurricular activities
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills; Technical proficiency required
  • Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Strong PC skills including MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Passionate about your work, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully and make an impact
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and respect in interactions with others, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of tasks and following through on commitments
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship now or in the future
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and / or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include : close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
