Overview :
The Director of Product Engineering is responsible for leading a global team of product and test engineers to drive microphone products from concept to mass production . This role is essential for coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful product launches.

Qualifications & Experience :
Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
10+ years of experience in Product / Test Engineering within the semiconductor and / or MEMS industry.
5+ years of leadership experience in managing engineering teams
This role requires technical expertise, leadership, and strategic execution to bring high-performance microphone products to market while ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
The starting annual base pay for this role ranges between USD $145,000.00 and $200,000.00 for San Jose, CA, and Boston, MA. The actual base pay is dependent on various factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market conditions. This range is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
This position is open to candidates based in San Jose, CA, or Boston, MA , with a hybrid work requirement (on-site presence required). The role is also eligible for variable bonus programs and benefits.
