We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering teams, driving excellence in hardware development and deployment.
Position Overview : The Director of Engineering will be pivotal in expanding and managing our engineering department, with a strong emphasis on hardware engineering. This role requires a strategic leader adept at scaling teams, optimizing engineering processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge automation and robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Expansion and Leadership : Strategically scale the engineering team to meet growing project demands, including recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top talent.
- Process Optimization : Develop and implement engineering processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Project Oversight : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of hardware engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
