Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization :
Develop implement and maintain process control strategies to ensure operational efficiency across client systems.
Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to reduce costs enhance performance and ensure safety compliance.
Systems Management :
Design and integrate control systems including PLCs SCADA and DCS for seamless operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve process issues in real time to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Project Leadership :
Lead process control projects from planning to execution ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative technologies into existing systems.
Compliance and Reporting :
Ensure compliance with industry regulations safety standards and company protocols.
Prepare detailed reports on process performance system reliability and project outcomes for stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Work closely with clients to understand their operational needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Provide technical guidance and training to onsite teams fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
Education and Experience :
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical Mechanical Electrical or related field).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process control engineering preferably in a clientfacing or sitebased role.
Technical Proficiency :
Strong knowledge of process control systems including PLCs SCADA and DCS.
Familiarity with simulation tools data analysis software and system integration.
Skills and Competencies :
Analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving abilities.
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
Certifications :
Relevant certifications in process control engineering or automation (e.g. ISA Certified Control Systems Technician) are a plus.
