What youll do

• Provide stewardship over the codebases youre responsible for striving for flexibility and agility in the face of expanding and changing business requirements
• Run the SDLC for your team efficiently and effectively delivering great software sprint by sprint
• Continuously improve the processes and practices of your engineering team ensuring theyre doing their best work
• Partner with Product Owners to provide market and business context to your teams maintaining a collaborative environment for product design and evolution
• Mentor and coach the engineers on your team to expand their skills and advance in their careers
• Play a leadership role in defining and evolving how Engineering works at Caribou

This role is remote from a state where Caribou operates with a preference for the Chicago IL Denver CO or Phoenix AZ areas and can work from our Denver or Chandler offices if desired.
